1. Carlos Carrasco (So close to the majors though I am slightly concerned about his poor performance at AA this year) 2. Lou Marson (Premium position, close to majors, huge lack of power) 3. Dom Brown (kid is doing great in A ball, AA will be big test) 4. Jason Donald (I liked his AFL performance, but he doesn't profile at 2b/SS for the phillies so that diminishes his value) 5. Kyle Drabek (kid could be an ace, mentally improved, first few months of year will be a huge indicator and I'll bump him up if he shows ace stuff) 6. Mike Taylor (He's a masher, if he was 2-3 years younger, he's be number 1 on this list.) 7. Travis D'Arnaud (Premium position, more potential then Marson, but still far away) 8. Jason Knapp (I absolutely love his stuff, and while I have limited evidence at this point, he's a gem) 9. JA Happ (I knocked him down a bit because I just don't see him being better then a 4/5 and his odds of hitting that are only 50/50 to me, with the other 50 as a reliever)
I only have time to do my top 9 for now... i'll be back for more later.
NFCCG for the eagles, this is the year of philadelphia!!!

This post is a placeholder until I have enough time to properly do this.

Here's my rough top 10 for now, I'll add my next 10 sometime this week when I get some time.
1- Carlos Carrasco - 21 and on the door step of Philly. 2- Lou Marson - There are questions about whether his power will develop, but I love his OBP ability + he's catcher. 3- Jason Donald - He's produced everywhere A, A+, AA, AFL, Olympics. I'm a big Jason Donald believer, just watch him play and you can tell he's going to be a player. Not sure where he fits with us. . . but he's going to be a player. 4- Dom Brown - One of my favorite prospects, he's had two excellent years. He has the scouting reports, upside, and the numbers. The only reason I have him below the other 3 is because he's only going to be in A+ next year. 5- Michael Taylor - Big time power, AA should present a new challenge to him. I'd like to see him develop his batting eye a little more. 6- Kyle Drabek - Big time arm, I'm keeping him a little lower than most mainly because I want to see a full healthy season from him this year. 7- Travis D'Arnauld - I actually really like him as a prospect, this year will be his first full season of pro ball. 8- JA Happ - Not a ton of upside, but he's proved that he at least can hold his own in the majors. He has a really deceptive delivery that makes up for his lack of dominant pitches. Should be interesting to see whether hitters catch up to his style of slinging the ball. 9- Zach Collier - I really like him as a prospect, I can definitely see him developing like Dom Brown. The power may not come around for a little while, but he has a good approach at the plate. 10- Jason Knapp - Big guy, with a huge arm. He had a great debut in the GCL. I'm excited to see how he fairs next year . . . hopefully in the SAL.

1. Carlos Carrasco 2. Lou Marson 3. Jason Donald 4. Michael Taylor 5. JA Happ- I moved Happ down one spot from where I voted for him, but I still like that his likelihood of being an impact in the majors is high. 6. Kyle Drabek 7. Dominic Brown 8. Travis D’arnaud 9. Joe Savery 10. Edgar Garcia 11. Antonio Bastardo 12. Jason Knapp 13. Julian Sampson 14. Drew Naylor 15. Freddy Galvis 16. Sebastian Valle 17. Zach Collier- We all like his potential, but I don't see why some people had him so much higher. His numbers were good last year but not spectacular, and it is, after all, the GCL. Valle, being a catcher, is easily a better and more valuable prospect imo. 18. Vance Worley- I went Worley over Stutes largely because he's shown better command and is a year younger. Also, despite talk that Stutes' ceiling has risen, I don't think a #4-5 starter is necessarily more valuable than set-up man- closer, which I've heard for Worley. 19. Mike Stutes 20. John Mayberry Jr.- Wasn't really a fan of this trade. The hope seems to be that Mayberry becomes a RH half of a platoon situation, but he doesnt look like a safe enough bet to justify having him higher.
